Outreach
Adults receiving this service are able to live in their own apartment or home and services are offered on a regularly-scheduled basis, seven days a week, 6 a.m. to 12 Midnight, subject to available funding. This service may be in addition to other services being received from other home visitation agencies. Those not receiving services from other agencies are still able to apply for, and receive, KPP support services.For further information contact: Karla Porter - Support Services Manager
Support Services are available to adults in the following areas:
- Haliburton County
- Northumberland County
- Peterborough and Peterborough County
- The City of Kawartha Lakes
