Strategic Plan
The Strategic Plan was held on November 29th
and 30th and we look forward to sharing the final report with you
once it has received approval from the Board of Director’s; possible release
date being end of January, 2012.

Kawartha Participation Projects creates an annual P.A.T.H. that highlights the goals and steps that will be implemented to ensure the completion and success of our Strategic Plan. While the P.A.T.H. is developed with the Board of Directors, the Administrative Team as well as the Union Stewards, who represent the front-line employees, all levels of the organization are responsible for its implementation. The P.A.T.H. is reviewed with all employees via General Team Meetings.
